FreshDigitalGroup to discuss how voice fits into the customer experience and how brands can leverage Amazon skills to gain first party data at the Spring 2018 MONage

New York, NY April 11, 2018 – FreshDigitalGroup, an agency dedicated to launching voice applications for innovative brands, announced today Doug Robinson, CEO & founder of FreshDigitalGroup, will present as the opening speaker at the Spring 2018 MONage event in Mountain View, CA at the Computer History Museum being held April 17-19, 2018.

MONage brings together leading thinkers, end users, and companies in the Internet Communications, Blockchain, Computing, and AI Industries. At the conference, Robinson will discuss how voice is the next step toward frictionless daily living, and what companies can do with first party voice data to personalize the customer experience.

FreshDigitalGroup has built over 700 voice-assistant skills, and has worked with several brands and non-profits, including UNICEF, ESPN, BMW, and Toys R Us. “Consumers are adopting voice-assistants quicker than any other technology to-date, and for brands that are ready, there is a very real opportunity to innovate and put voice at the center of the customer experience. We’re seeing most brands wanting to develop an interactive voice experience on these platforms more and more, which is why we’re focusing on this at the Spring 2018 MONage this year.”

With smart speakers such as Amazon Echo and Google Home that are projected to be in more than half of all U.S. households by 2022, FreshDigitalGroup is helping companies develop Amazon skills and Google actions that will put brands at the center of the customer experience.

Attendees can join Robinson for a 15-minute presentation about voice technology on Tuesday, April 17 at 9 a.m. in the Edison room and chat more with him in the exhibition hall.
